Justin Bieber rocks a floral hat while going shirtless on Friday (July 18) in Beverly Hills, Calif.
“If u can’t laugh at yourself you are not having fun. Don’t take things so serious. Smile,” the 20-year-old Canadian singer tweeted the day before.
A few weeks ago, Justin accepted a plea deal for his egging case and will not any jail time for the incident. Instead, he will be on one year probation and will serve community service.
