Derek Jeter's Girlfriend Hannah Davis Supports Him at Final Yankees Home Game

Derek Jeter jumps in the air after getting an RBI while helping win the game at his final home game at Yankees Stadium on Thursday (September 25) in Bronx, N.Y.
The 40-year-old baseball player is retiring after this season and while he helped his team win the game, the Yankees’ opponents, the Baltimore Orioles, will be heading to the playoffs instead.
