Ian Somerhalder hangs over the edge of his hotel balcony to blow kisses to his adoring fans on Friday (May 30) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The 35-year-old actor is back in Brazil just two weeks after he was last there attending events as the face of Azzaro Pour Homme.
